InactiveTrack $DEGEN tipping activity on Farcaster.
Problem
Managing $DEGEN tipping on Farcaster required switching between multiple platforms. Users had to rely on degen.tips to track their daily allowance while using Farcaster to tip, resulting in a fragmented experience. There was no unified dashboard that provided a complete view of outgoing tips, incoming tips, and which tips were ultimately considered valid.
Approach
Built as a Farcaster Mini App, the application consolidates the $DEGEN tipping ecosystem into a single dashboard. The frontend communicates with lightweight API route handlers that proxy data from the official degen.tips API, aggregating allowances, tipping activity, points, and leaderboard data into a unified experience. The dashboard provides daily allowance history, a detailed tipping ledger with valid and invalid tip status, and multiple leaderboards for tracking community engagement. Real-time $DEGEN market data, including spot price and 1-hour/24-hour performance metrics, is displayed directly within the app.
Outcome
Created a single dashboard for the entire $DEGEN tipping experience, combining allowance tracking, historical activity, sent and received tips, validity checks, leaderboards, and live market data. Real-time notifications ensure users are immediately informed when allowances refresh or new tips are received.
